twang

Here is your laugh for the day:

*video removed*

Well, it makes me laugh every time I watch this. I tried to catch her when she was teaching a music class, but that wasn't happening. I love her initial sparkly enjoyment, her gentle "rocking out", her dismay when things went wrong, being told to listen to the twang...and her quite obvious frustration that her abc song was crazier than expected.

(Can you believe she needs her hair cut again?)

I just continue to be amazed at how much she has changed. Her confidence, her energy, I don't know how to describe it, she looks so alive, lively, something like that. Anyway, it is wonderful!

So cute. And full of life! I am also amazed at how much she has changed. You're doing a great job capturing these moments.

Being a creative artist can be so frustrating ;)

I love that she told you she got it from a bag!

Hannah would like to place a request for Chikka Chikka Boom Boom.

And she is still using the Russian word for 'bottom' every chance!

As regards her hair; I think you need to go the way I did with Lydia - braids all the way. Lexi (like Lydia) has a LOT of hair!

What a cutie. Somehow that brought back to me long-forgotten memories of my own toy guitar. I think I thought it would actually make nice music somehow.

This message isn't about your boring entry...

I just wanted to correct you on the title of your Blog.

It seems to say 'From Russia, With Love'...

The words 'Russia' and 'Love' can not be used in the same context. Unless in such a way as; 'Russia loves to hate'.

Your welcome.

Most of the love in my life comes from Russia! So there!

Ha ha!

Go you!

Most people don't comment back, they just send me a whining moan of a private message. So well done.

Although 'so there' was pretty rubbish. Pretty sure even your daughter could do better than that.

Onn the flip side, I was adopted so can relate to your kid on two fronts. That, and the fact my Mum was as strong and loving as you obviously are!

Take it easy.

Point well taken. I shouldn't have added that.

How bizarre to wake up and find this exchange on my blog.

If you find it boring, don't read.

I do post lovingly from Russia, even when things aren't lovely here, so I think my blog is appropriately titled. When I return home, the title will change.

"You're" welcome, not "your" welcome.

Annie, thanks for jumping in!

I love how Lexi expresses her frustration! Very mature, really, as she could be crying or yelling or throwing the guitar. Quite a girl you've got there!!
