I'm glad you stopped by! This blog chronicles my experiences living in and adopting from Russia. It was a six-year journey that doubled the size of my family. I adopted my daughter, then age 6, from Moskovskaya Oblast. Now we're back in the USA and no longer posting from Russia.

What a great secret pal! It's the home comforts that I miss most!!! Especially mint oreo's !!!
Peanut butter. How funny. When my Russian host child was here, he thought p.b. was the grossest thing ever. He almost gagged when I ate it. But he picked out some pretty strange things at the Russian market. I guess it's all a matter of what you're used to!
