Annie said...: Thanks for the reminder! We just pancaked ourselves out on "Fat Tuesday" so it seems odd to do it again for Maslenitsa, but maybe so! I might try for the "real" blini this time, with the recipe using yeast. Do you have a favorite blini recipe?
