My friend Marina says that our friend Galina's father-in-law says that yesterday there was an explosion in the universe that caused everyone to be cranky.
I'll buy that.
(Just thought I'd share in case anyone else needed a ready excuse.)

ah, that must be why my 'line manager' just wrote that I am abrasive.....
moi????
interesting..... and certainly true here!
Nope. Not cranky, but that made me smile. Of course, now I'm worried about the aftershocks...
Well it must have hit KS this morning! We were ALL a bit crabby! Felling better this afternoon! :o)
so THAT'S what happened.
Well, that certainly explains Anastasia's melt-down!!! Magnetic resonance or something; my Russian friends who are SCIENTISTS have assured me that this is all absolutely true. (Americans are behind in the understanding of this particular force.)
phew... thank goodness we now know the reason for all this universal crankiness
Glad to know there was a reason, at least this time. ;-)
I have been just lurking and reading your blog for months, but THIS one prompted me to post a comment. Yes, I was unusually cranky yesterday. This snow in the DC metro area is really getting to us all, and not in a good way!
Since I am posting for the first time, I have really enjoyed reading your blog. I got the link from being on the single-russian-moms list. You two are doing great, and I can't wait to join the ranks. Congrats!
I understand...except I think the explosion was about 6 weeks ago! I've been cranky since 2010 started, and I'm not the only one around here! Glad to hear we've got an excuse, anyway.... ;->
I blame everything on
Baremetric Pressure!
i like explosions though...
