know your world

How well do you know your world?

This is totally addictive. Addicting. Makes you stay online waaaaaay more than you should.

My kids are going to play it during their next technology lesson.

Thanks a lot Kate. :) Just what my kids need. A new game. :)

I tried it, and I obviously need a geography lesson.

BTW, I have another blog at smiles that I post on about our whole family, not just our adoption process.

I know. Isn't it? Kristen and I are determined to get past level 10, but everytime we don't we have to start over. WAY too much time! (But good for you right?)

Gee, thanks! Just what I needed. ;)

Don't I have some work to do, or something? Ahem.

interestingly, this challenge also shows you how out of proportion (in terms of area) the typical map projections are. The same margin of error is measured in the hundreds of kms in Europe, and thousands in Africa or South America. Er, not that I was out by thousands of kilometers, CERTAINLY NOT. :)

I'm great (especially since "The Hermitage" is always one of my famous places...and it's just down the block) in Europe, North and South America and Austalia. I'm good in Asia. I'm okay in Africa. I'm horrible in the Middle East.
