car half-full

The good thing about not having a car all this time is that I haven't had anything to shovel out or scrape.

We went to the militsia today and got the paper we need to proceed to the next step of getting the new plates. It should go smoothly from here...Should.

No wonder you're ready to move back home to the US. The red tape there would drive the most patient person batty.

I thought of you today as I read a news synopsis from Moscow's Nezavisimaya Gazeta entitled "Why are we a nation of drunks?" I think that the red tape must drive people to drink!
